What "forever" means here. Your activation never expires for as long as our License Server is operational and your license is not revoked. We commit to:

Keeping the License Server running indefinitely (currently on Cloudflare Workers; SLA-grade infrastructure)
Publishing an offline-activation patch to all forever-license holders within 30 days if we ever discontinue the service for any reason
Releasing the public verification key to a permanent public archive so your activation can be re-issued by a third party should the company shut down

We use "forever license" instead of "lifetime" because the term is unambiguous and aligns with EU consumer protection guidance (Directive 2005/29/EC). No deceptive marketing, no surprise migrations to subscriptions.

Before you buy

What payment methods are accepted?

Cryptocurrency only, via OxaPay. We accept USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and other major cryptocurrencies. After payment confirms on-chain (usually 10–30 minutes), your activation code is emailed to you. For other arrangements, contact [email protected].

Can I move to a new server / machine?

Each license binds to 1 device. To migrate, request a release on the old machine (or use the in-app "Release device" button), then activate on the new one. Two free migrations per year.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, before activation. After activation, no refunds for the current license period.

Will I lose positions if my server crashes?

No. All take-profit and stop-loss orders are placed exchange-side as reduceOnly stopMarket / trailing stop algo orders. The bot is only the trigger — your stops fire even if the bot is offline.

Which operating systems are supported?

Linux server + Docker is the recommended setup (browser access from Mac / Windows / mobile / tablet). Windows desktop build is coming. See the install guide.

Are my API keys safe?

API keys are encrypted on your local disk with AES-GCM + PBKDF2 and stored in SQLite. They are never uploaded to any server, including ours.
